Small settlement with 20 residents, situated north to Kastamonitsa village, at an altitude of 540 m above sea.

At the end of the 16nth century Onnorio Belli mentions that the aqueduct of ancient Lyttos that transported water from the source of Kournia was passing above a wall 12 feet thick and 100 feet high situated between Kastamonitsa and Tihos. Tihos meaning wall in Greek, refers to the wall of the aqueduct.

The last few years quite a few houses have been restored. There is also a guest house in the settlement.
